Earn your continuing education hours for Yoga Alliance attending enriching workshops. Learn a new yoga style or refine your offerings.

Bring your personal practice to the next level in yoga teacher training. We offer all of the Yoga Alliance programs to include trauma-informed, children’s, prenatal, and advanced trainings.

Learn the art of living yoga in our programs. You will work closely with Michelle Rae Sobi, E-RYT 500, YACEP, RPYT, RCYT in mentorship.
