Happy Winter Solstice

This year I’ve decided to embrace Winter…since it is here on this day. I am taking the time to notice the twinkle in the lights. The shimmer of the snow, when the sunlight hits it just right. The freshness of the crisp air and the warmth of my breath through my scarf. I’ve stocked up on fuzzy socks to bundle up in. Homemade soup is on the stove and the leftovers are in mason jars in the fridge. There is an assortment of tea in my cupboard. Life is plentiful, and as I embrace this season, I will do so with self-reflection and appreciation. Happy Winter Solstice.
