Join us for a relaxing yoga retreat in the beautiful setting of Naper Settlement at the Meeting House located in Downtown Naperville. See our tentative schedule:

3:30-4:30pm Yoga with Michelle
4:30-4:40pm Break
4:40-5:50 Lab: Teach One Another
5:50-6pm Break
6-6:50pm Sound Bath Orchestra
6:50-7pm Closing Circle

All are welcome to attend, and we hope to see you there. We have held so many labs for yoga teacher training at this beautiful venue and hope to share it with you.
