Your team will guide you through shifting your energy towards daily habits that add up to a new lifestyle.

Enjoy support from yogis who offer a balance of loving kindness...to some much-needed accountability. We will help you develop your personalized action plan to encourage the success of your goals.

Join us weekly as we work towards mindful movement, weekly sangha (community) webinars, and recipe exchanges to add some flare to your foodstuffs.


In this program, you will receive weekly info cards to focus on small bites (pun intended), engaging motivational activities to reduce boredom eating, accountability buddies for movement experiences, and so much more.





Most experts agree the pathway to wellness includes less stress and more quality sleep. We recommend our students use their smartwatch (iWatch recommended) to track sleep, movement, and health goals in the health app. We will share our progress in Sangha meetings to put this data to work for you. This will also aid us in ensuring we are staying within our scope of practice, and not offering dietary advice, etcetera. *This is powerful information to share with your medical team. Enrollment in our program implies you have checked in with your medical team, and are clear to participate in this program which may result in weight loss due to healthier living.




Movement is harder to do when burnt out, so we will focus on sleep and stress management techniques through Ayurveda.


Join our mindful book club to help navigate these waters, in an enjoyable environment. This program will introduce basic Ayurvedic principles included in Dr. David Frawley's renowned book Yoga & Ayurveda: Self-Healing and Self-Realization. We depend on the experts to ensure you are receiving the information you need, while we hold space to explore our learnings.


All are welcome to dive into a year of mindful living that supports healthier choices through self-love and self-care. Let this year be the year you look back and say...I did it!
