Join our subscription-based yoga teacher training and slowly (or swiftly) plug away towards becoming a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance at select events. This hybrid experience offers online and in person events, yoga classes, and field trips!

Students are encouraged to register for their favorite events each month, as they do sell out. We aspire to keep class sizes small for a personalized mentorship experience.We will explore all eight limbs of yoga from different angles. You need not take the labs in order, and no two labs are exactly the same.
