Paint Meditations at Naperville Art League
Looking to relax into a calm mind? Try painting! Students will paint abstract designs on small canvases with acrylic paint. No art or painting experience is necessary. A supply fee of $15 is payable to the instructor at the first class. Enjoy some relaxing and peaceful “me” time. Students of Edge Yoga School will earn hours attending for meditation.

This class encourages deep emotional, physical, and mental relaxation. The practice is slow pace, focusing on long holds, stillness, and breath.

Guided Meditation Sound Bath with Michelle Rae Sobi
All are welcome to attend a sound bath that will ease you into the season ahead. We will offer a yoga-inspired movement piece and allow you to slip into meditation with a Sound Bath.
We will offer a Restorative Yoga warm-up, followed by Michelle to play the sweet sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and more. Enjoy your guided meditation in this brand new studio located at 5th Avenue for your practice.

This will be a special introductory class that blends practices from Hatha yoga, Vinyasa Yoga and Restorative Yoga. The blend will allow a sneak peak of what future classes within Grow Well Yoga has to offer.

Workshop - Yoga Therapy for Anxiety and Depression with JJ Gormley
Come take part in the healing practices of JJ Gormley! JJ will be leading two workshops at Grow Well Yoga + Barre + Fitness. In these workshops, learn how a Yoga Therapist applies specific tools of yoga to help with anxiety and depression for the unique needs of the individual. In the Trauma Sensitive Yoga workshop, learn how to be sensitive to clients/students who may hold trauma in their body and may not even know it. For those coming with trauma and know it, learn tools that may help keep calm when faced with triggers.
Each workshop is $60.
